I had a really great experience here, everything was amazing, the location was excellent near to the central station, the center of Rome and the city centre. I was upgraded to well decorated a double room with the balcony. Essentials that you need, such as central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV, were there...

Maria at Royal Termini was amazing! Her local recommendations and the convenience of having coffee and breakfast biscuits in the room made our trip extra special. the location was nice and easy to access public transportation and attractions. the staff were also very accommodating with our request for a quieter room. the bathroom was clean and the bed was fantastic. We also enjoyed the beautiful indoor garden.
Despite some minor issues, we would definitely consider staying here again because the price was reasonable. Cons: Could not be improved in any way.

Enjoyed the convenient amenities like free Wi-Fi and tour assistance, and the lovely garden views. Also loved the entertainment options available, thanks to the digital programming. Such fun!
Oh, how I adored the challenge of finding the entrance with no signage and the joy of getting lost in the complex! Simply marvelous.

This hidden gem is located in a quiet area, yet in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all major attractions. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with modern amenities. the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing experience. the friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the hotel offers a variety of facilities, including a charming garden and a coffee pod machine, adding to the overall satisfaction.
The lack of a central place to wait and the delay in informing guests about room readiness can be improved.

I especially enjoyed the balcony that overlooked a beautiful indoor garden. The bathroom was sparkling clean, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The value for money was incredible, as it rivaled higher rated properties. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Rome Termini train station and various restaurants and markets. Despite being close to the station, I never felt unsafe. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the lovely and helpful staff member, Maria. I highly recommend this hotel for the amazing experience it offers.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the train station and close to the city center. the staff were polite and nice, especially Maria. the room itself was comfortable and cozy, with a great view. the hotel also had a nice garden in the yard of the building, which was a pleasant surprise.
The main drawback was the lack of regular reception. the hotel was closed most of the time, so there was no one to assist with any issues or questions.
